Thank you to Joanne Stathorakis who generously sponsored / prepared the delicious orzo with shrimp lunch, as well as bottles of her private label Shiraz as table prizes. Thank you also to her kitchen and hall helpers. We were blessed to have two of Santa’s helpers spread much joy: Elf Eleni Petropoulos choreographed the Christmas carols sing-a-long, which included each song’s historical origination read by narrator elves (thank you elves). Elf Lucy Simitzes presented gifts and posed for (a lot of) group and individual photos. Many thanks to these three ladies for all they did to make for a de- licious and festive event! Also our thanks to all of you who brought yummy desserts to share. To all who had doubt, but kept asking — our gathering this month will include lunch and BINGO!
