GOYA (Greek Orthodox Youth Association) Our GOYA Youth are busy planning for the Annual Palm Sunday Luncheon. Tickets are on sale now and only cost $25 for adults and $10 for children 10 and under. The luncheon includes a delicious fish lunch with veggies, salad, wine, and dessert. Buy your tickets be- fore April 22nd to be entered in a drawing to win a prize! The Palm Sunday Luncheon is a great opportunity for the GOYA Youth to serve our community while raising money for the youth group activities. Funds raised from the Palm Sunday Luncheon go direct- ly to St. Spyridon GOYA. GOYA has used funds to buy youth group t-shirts, youth room games and activities, go ice skating, Holy Monday Retreat, support missionaries, donate to the St. Nicholas Ranch Camp Bus, service projects, and much more! Sunday School Our middle and high school Service Sunday collided with Theme Sunday in spectacular style in March! Our middle and high school students hosted a Be Strong Field Day! They led the preschool – 5th graders in basketball, jump rope, relay races, and hide and seek. The Youth Leaders emphasized how the younger children could use their strength that the Lord has given them in not only the games, but in life! HOPE &JOY (Holy Orthodox Primary Education &Junior Orthodox Youth): Late winter at the beach brought great wind for our Beach Day and Kite Flying adventure! Our HOPE and JOY youth bonded over dig- ging holes deeper than themselves and flying kites. Save the date for our Service Project on April 14th, after Fellowship.
