Dance groups with younger children, young adults, and older adults (ok, yes, we joked about the category “Advanced Senior” sound- ing like you had to be Medicare el- igible…) It was obvious. We want to share this experience with others. It’s time for our Dance and Choral School to grow. So, we are asking you: do you want to dance? It doesn’t matter if you are old or young, have no experience or loads of experience, we want to hear from you! We are forming dance groups for a short performance at the festival. This gives you three weeks of dance lessons for the op- portunity to perform at the festival, and if you like it, sign up and join! We’d love to see more little kids (5 to 9-year-olds) come forward; again, no experience necessary! Are you 18+, in college or a young adult? Please come! And those of you who may land in the 40+ age range, we’d like to put together a group for you too (we’ll keep the “Advanced Senior” jokes to ourselves!) Send an email to stspyridondance@gmail.com with your name, birthdate, skill level (be- ginner, intermediate, advanced). In a few weeks we’ll set a date for a meet-and-greet and put together the groups and the practice schedule. One thing I can promise you, it will be a lot of fun!
