They were ab- solutely amazing! The children had been working hard to prepare for Divine Liturgy especially having to learn specific hymns for the Paschal season. Thank you, parents and fam- ilies, for brining your children to me. It is my joy to work with them. Our Church festival is here again on June 10th and 11th. Signs up are available to help. Please take a mo- ment and sign up for a shift. It takes a “village” and we are an amazing “village.” Another summer is fast approach- ing and life starts to slow down a bit. Take a moment and just enjoy. Appreciate all the goodness God has given you. The choir wishes Diane Leffas Lopes a very happy birthday and many more. Happy Father’s Day to all our dads, uncles, grandfathers, brothers, and most especially to our Fr. Andrew! WHAT MAKES A DAD God took the strength of a mountain, The majesty of a tree, The warmth of a summer sun, The calm of a quiet sea, The generous soul of nature, The comforting arm of night, The wisdom of the ages, The power of the eagle's flight, The joy of a morning in spring, The faith of a mustard seed, The patience of eternity, The depth of a family need, Then God combined these qualities, When there was nothing more to add, He knew His masterpiece was complete, And so, He called it ...
