Sia proudly represented our parish at the Metropolis Saint John Chrysostom Oratorical Fes- tival at Saint Nicholas Ranch in Dunlap, California. She was awarded the George M. Platis Oratorical Scholarship for placing rst at our parish lev- el. Sia’s speech on a personal prayer life, was delivered with heartfelt sincerity. We also want to congratulate all our participants. It was a joyful experience to hear James Burrell (Jr. Division), and Maria Paraskevopoulos and Elizabeth Dennis , both in the non-competitive category share their faith. We are bless- ed to have a wonderful group of young people in our parish. May God bless them all.
