From planning and preparation to cooking, baking, serving, cleaning, and everything in between, every helping hand made a difference. As the saying goes, “Many hands make light work,” and once again our parish family came togeth- er in a beautiful way. Thank you for your dedication, generosity, and love for our church. This summer also finds us remem- bering our beloved Deacon Michael, whose absence continues to be deep- ly felt throughout our parish fami- ly. His faith, kindness, and love for the Church touched countless lives. Many of us fondly remember his en- gaging Bible studies, where he shared his knowledge of the Scriptures with wisdom, insight, and a genuine pas- sion for helping others grow in their faith. We also miss his wonderful sense of humor and the smile he so easily brought to those around him. Whether serving at the altar, teach- ing, encouraging others, or sharing a laugh, Deacon Michael had a special gift for making people feel welcome and loved. He remains in our hearts and prayers and is greatly missed by all who knew him. May his memory be eternal. Summer is now in full swing, bring- ing opportunities for travel, relax- ation, sunshine, and precious time with family and friends. While en- joying all that summer has to offer, we encourage everyone to continue making time for worship and fel- lowship. There is no better place to recharge our spirits than in God’s house.
