School will soon be back in session, vacations are coming to an end, and life begins to find its rhythm once again. We hope you have enjoyed a summer filled with sunshine, laugh- ter, time with family and friends, and moments to relax and recharge. For the music ministry, August marks the beginning of an exciting new season. Both our Youth Choir and Adult Choir are returning to re- hearsals with great enthusiasm as we prepare for a very special year ahead. As many of you know, 2027 marks the 100th Anniversary of St. Spyr- idon Greek Orthodox Church, a milestone that only a few genera- tions have had the privilege to cele- brate. Throughout the coming year, our choirs are preparing music that will honor our rich history, celebrate our faith, and glorify God as we com- memorate this incredible centennial. We can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on with all of you. As we begin this new season, we ask for your prayers for our choir mem- bers—both young and old—as they dedicate their time and talents in service to our parish. We are always grateful for the love, encourage- ment, and support our church family shows us. It truly means more than you know. As the busyness of life returns, let us remember to keep Christ at the center of all we do. Between school schedules, work, activities, and ev- eryday responsibilities, may we continue to make time for worship, prayer, and one another. We leave you with these beautiful words from Psalm 90:17: “May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands.” May God bless you and your fami- lies as we begin another wonderful church year.
