ANDREW STEWARDSHIP COMMITTEE Dear Faithful Parishioner of Saint Spyridon GOC: We hope and pray this letter finds you and your family in good health and uplifted spirits. We would like to take this opportunity to “thank you” for your continued financial support of your faith community through your personal financial offerings in the form of your annual stewardship commitment and/or financial contributions. This short message is a reminder that as winter approaches, the ministries of the church and its financial responsibilities are still an ever-present reality that we must all meet. Your financial contribution is essential to the success of our parish. So, we respectfully ask that you meditate and pray as to the real purpose of stewardship and its proper place in your life: a tangible opportunity for you to express your love of humanity (“philanthropia”) and your love of God, and His Church here on earth (Eph. 1:22; 23, Col.1:24). We are certain that you want to help with the financial stability of your beloved parish and therefore we ask you to complete your 2024 stewardship pledge card that has been recently sent to your homes. With your 2024 pledge card, we have also included a self-addressed stamped envelope for your convenience. As we await your positive response, we ask you to give thoughtful consideration and mindful prayer to this year’s pledge/contribution. Once again, we thank you in advance for your thoughtful generosity and heartfelt concern for your faith community. John Kalas, Chairperson Fr.
